Writing about writing a blog

Like most of all people, and I said the majority that I know, they don’t know what to write when they have to. Even the greatest writer has the same problem, so don’t feel bad.  They are blocked, but suddenly appear the great idea, and write a whole book.  Like them I don’t know what to write therefore, I’ll suggest some ideas to write about, so I’ll kill two birds with one stone. (By the way, literally, the key for kill two birds with one stone is a big stone and two little inoffensive birds ;))

5 Great ideas to write a blog:

1.       Write about the food.- There is always interesting read about the food that you like, better if it is from your country, for example if you are from Japan, you can write about the sushi and say something funny like “ I want to marry him” or compare it vs tacos o something like that.

2.       Write about your country. -  It is a topic very important and easy to write, because you know the culture from your country, and everything that you write, even if you made it up, we are going to believe it, no reason to doubt.

3.       Write about why and how you are here.- Some of us are very interested about what did you feel and did to get here, what difficulties you had, if you left some friends in your country, and how do you feel now. You can put in your title some words in your language to make emphasis.

4.       Write about the reason why you are studying English.- It is very important, everybody wants to know why do you want to learn English, put some examples or sentences explaining why is interesting learn English, if you can, try to attract the readers by inviting them to comment, for last you can index a picture.

5.       Write about something that you think is funny. - Everybody loves read something funny, you can write something that you think is hilarious, even if it is not, for example, you could write about what you know or think about different cultures, and write down the stereotypes about them, make a list with the principal characteristics of those countries and make emphasis in the obvious. Personally I don’t think it is funny but you can try to make it.

I hope these ideas can help you to write a blog, if you have written already something similar, it is just a coincidence.

Well, on a closer look, writing a blog is not so hard, you can write about whatever you want, however no more than three people are going to read it.
