Today, I researched how to keep getting up early in morning. I think I am very weak in it.
Most of researcher says "It take one or two weeks to become used to getting up at the same time every day. "
They also says "We can`t change our riythm of sleeping rapidly. "
First: Make sure what time you can wake up perfectly. After that, decide when you sleep. (five-seven hour sleep is good for health.)
Secind: Keep waking up at the same time (at least one week.)
Third: When you get used to doing it, change the time to wake up thirty minutes earlier.
Fourth: Repeat "First"-"Third"
I also found a lot of ideas to make it easyer.
・When you wake up, drink a cup of water and bask in the sun about twenty minutes.
・If you feel very sleepy, take a nap fifteen-twenty minutes (before 3:00 p.m.)
・Do your job and homework in morning.
・Thirty minutes before you go to bet, get the lights weaker.
There is many more ideas. If you want, you should research and try it.
And we can come up with some new way !!
