Chinese dumplings have been around for thousands of years. there are actually several different types of dumplings . vegetables dumpling, around pork dumpling,beef dumpling,seafood dumpling chicken dumpling,In this article, you will learn how to make JIAO ZI .
First, shred the cabbage and put into a stainless pot, 2nd, mix the cabbage and minced meat together by hand .ground meat is meat finely chopped by a meat grinder ,pork and lamb are generally preferred for Chinese dumplings.In north China,both pork and seafood are popular, The process. of mincing is usually done manually.
Third add the sesame ,salt and soy sauce, ginger , green onion and mix again, then used flour with water mix, made dumpling wrapper,started put the mixture on the wrapping ,next used your finger fold the wrapping sides together seal the contents inside.
last steps , put the dumplings in boiling water for 3 minutes, it's done.
finally transfer the dumplings carefully from the pot to a plate and enjoy you eat time.
