How To Be Healthy ?

Exercise is one of the most important things that help
people to be healthy. No one denies that. The exercise helps
in moving the body and blood. Also to be strong. When people 
do some exercises , they become happier and comfortable. 
People choose a type of exercises as a hobby which is a good 
thing. All of exercises are same in helping the mind.
Boys like play foot ball and basket ball and swimming.
The best two exercises are walking and swimming. for me 
I just like running and walking , because it is easy. 
Exercise is very important in our life. With exercise we 
can live a healthy and we can feel a happiness.

  2. Yes ,you are right ! Exercise is very important for everyone ,i like take a walk,some research ,if you everyday take a walk around 30 minutes ,you will get more life time 。although exercise is spend a lot of time everyday ,it till give us very benefit.go on !continue exercise !
